This is a beautiful garden center. Staff and Coach does an excellent job at keeping it clean watered. 😍

Always busy but stocked pretty well. Money center pretty ok but produce sucks. Prices are worth it tho. There is always something going on with irate customers and shoplifting.

I ordered a cake from the bakery for my daughter a week before her bday. The day of pick up I called the bakery a few times throughout the day but no response and when I showed up they had no cake for me. I was told that all cakes due for the day were canceled due to parts or shipment not received and should have received a phone call. I never received a phone call and felt devastated. The lady tending to me was nice though and thoughtful. She offered a discount on any cake of my choice and even put my daughter’s name on it. She offered cute little toppers but none went with my theme. She really showed concern and compassion. Wish I knew her name to officially shout her out but anyways she was awesome. Despite the chaos of the day since it was the day before thanksgiving she kept herself composed and made sure I left with a cake that matched my theme. Thank you to her because without her I would have lost my mind and probably would have left with no cake. I’m so happy I had already bought a cake topper and cute doll to put on the cake. Came out cute. Not what I had planned but it worked.

Bought some organic tomatoes here at Walmart and the second day I cut them to use them I swear I wanted to vomit. Not a lot of variety at this location.

Usually have a good shopping experience everytime I come to my neighborhood Walmart which is pretty frequent. Yesterday December 3rd 2023 I experienced the worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen! Received an email from Walmart corporate stating that some items were on recall that I’ve purchased within the last year if these items are still in your possession disregard them an return to ANY Walmart store for a full refund! That email was sent to me on November 22 2023 stood in line waited the young lady at the counter said I have to ask my coach Joe about this give me one second can I see your phone, 👍 sure. This is where the nightmare begin!!!! She came back an said Joe has to look it up ok cool I’m at about 20 minutes at this point he returns an say I don’t have this in my system I don’t know what to tell you. Did not speak did not make eye contact did not apologize for any convenience I was met with absolute hostility. He said where is the receipts where is the product what you want me to do with this email I was taken back like whoa gosh I’m just following protocol he walks off again don’t say anything comes back ten minutes later I have to call corporate okay call them that takes another 20 mins remind you it’s four peaches an four plums they tell him to handle it in store he goes on to ask me how many pounds did you buy I said how would no these purchases were within a year omg make an executive decision ring a gift card this store is extremely busy he said I have to find another corporate number he tells Kelly to hold the phone Kelly is busy in customer service it’s a line it’s a Sunday he was so stand off ish he walked off didn’t say anything to me never met my concerns he was determined to be the most brutal manager an make me the receipient of his bad day how are you a manager there’s no way anybody enjoy working with such cruel energy my time was wasted I ate contaminated products the Coach was malicious rude grotesque attitude it’s insane I stood there for two hours an Coach Joe never greeted me never apologized never delegated all he did was give hand motions an walked off as if he was irritated irate behavior I’m beyond disgusted he leads anybody
